Our Commitment to Responsible Gaming

At Palminae, we are committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and providing a safe, enjoyable environment for all our guests. We believe that gambling should always be approached as entertainment, not as a way to make money or solve financial problems.

We have implemented various policies and procedures to encourage responsible gaming and to help prevent gambling-related harm.

🕰️

Set Time Limits

Decide beforehand how long you want to play and stick to it. Take regular breaks to maintain perspective.

💰

Set Spending Limits

Only gamble with money you can afford to lose. Never borrow money to gamble or chase losses.

🧠

Stay Aware

Gambling should be fun. If it's causing stress or affecting other aspects of your life, it's time to step back.

Know When to Stop

If gambling is no longer enjoyable or is causing problems, seek help immediately.

Self-Exclusion and Limits

We offer various tools to help you manage your gaming activity:

Daily Limits

You can set daily spending limits on your gaming activities. Once you reach your limit, you will not be able to place any more bets until the next day.

Cooling-Off Period

If you feel you need a break from gambling, you can request a cooling-off period of 24 hours to 6 months. During this time, you will not be able to access our gaming facilities.

Self-Exclusion

For those who wish to stop gambling completely, we offer a self-exclusion program. You can voluntarily ban yourself from our casino for a minimum of 6 months. During this period, we will take all reasonable steps to ensure you cannot access our gaming areas or receive marketing materials.

It's important to recognize the warning signs of problem gambling. These may include:
