3. Reservations and Bookings

3.2 Reservation Confirmation: A reservation is only confirmed once you have received a confirmation email from us.

3.3 Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. We accept major credit cards and electronic payments.

4. Winter Storm Clauses

4.1 Weather Disruptions: In the event of severe winter weather that affects access to the property, we will work with you to reschedule your stay without penalty.

4.2 Property Access: While we maintain snow removal services, we cannot guarantee immediate access during extreme weather events.

4.3 Activities: Outdoor activities may be restricted or canceled during severe weather conditions for safety reasons.

5. Casino Gaming Rules

5.1 Age Requirement: All guests must be at least 21 years of age to enter the casino area and participate in gaming activities.

5.2 Identification: Valid government-issued photo identification is required for entry to the casino and for any transaction over $1,000.

5.3 Responsible Gaming: Palminae promotes responsible gaming. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone showing signs of problem gambling or intoxication.

5.4 Game Rules: Specific rules for each game are available at the respective gaming tables and slots. All decisions by our gaming staff are final.

6. Guest Conduct

7. Check-In and Check-Out

7.1 Check-In Time: Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM. Early check-in may be available upon request but cannot be guaranteed.

7.2 Check-Out Time: Standard check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be arranged for an additional fee, subject to availability.

7.3 Identification: All guests must present valid identification at check-in.

8. Health and Safety

8.1 Emergency Procedures: Guests are advised to familiarize themselves with emergency exits and procedures posted in their rooms and throughout the property.

8.2 Medical Emergencies: In case of medical emergencies, please contact the front desk immediately. For life-threatening situations, dial 911 directly.

8.3 Assumption of Risk: Guests participate in outdoor and recreational activities at their own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Personal Property: Palminae is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. In-room safes are provided for your convenience.

9.2 Injuries: While we maintain high safety standards, we cannot be held liable for injuries that occur on the property unless directly caused by our negligence.

9.3 Force Majeure: Palminae is not liable for failure to perform our obligations if such failure is as a result of Acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, or any circumstance beyond our reasonable control.
